Instructions for Authors Preparing Proceedings Papers

Abstracts papers must be uploaded by 1 OCT 2024 to be published in the conference proceedings.
Proceedings Papers must be uploaded by 1 NOV 2024 to be included in the conference proceedings.
One or more authors of a paper must be registered for the conference by 3 NOV 2024 for it to be included in the conference proceedings.

Please use the proceedings guidelines document when writing your papers.

Conference Deadlines

The deadlines associated with this year's NCSFC Conference are:

August 1 - Early Bird registration opens online.
October 1 - Graduate Student Award Form submitted via email.
October 1 - Graduate Student poster title and abstract submitted online.
October 1 - Abstracts submitted online.
November 1 - Proceedings papers (state presentation and grad students) submitted online.
November 3 - Last day for Early Bird registration online.
November 20-21 - 54^th NCSFC, Des Moines, IA
