NCSFC 2023 University Speaker and Poster Presentation Assignments List. Please note your assignment. It is due by October 13, 2023. This is a hard deadline. Instructions are on the form.

NCSFC 2023 University Graduate Student Award Form. This form should be returned via email to info@northcentralfertility.com, by October 13, 2023 in order for your nomination to receive this award. This is a hard deadline. Instructions are on the form.

Proceedings Guidelines

Instructions for Authors Preparing Proceedings Papers

Abstracts papers must be uploaded by 13 OCT 2023 to be published in the conference proceedings.
Proceedings Papers must be uploaded by 1 NOV 2023 to be included in the conference proceedings.
One or more authors of a paper must be registered for the conference by 3 NOV 2023 for it to be included in the conference proceedings.

Papers not meeting these requirements will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Please use the proceedings guidelines document when writing your papers.

The deadlines associated with this year's NCSFC Conference are:

August 10 - Early Bird registration opens online.
October 13 - Graduate Student Award Form submitted via email.
October 13 - Graduate Student poster title and abstract submitted online.
October 13 - Abstracts submitted online.
November 1 - Proceedings papers (state presentation and grad students) submitted online.
November 3 - Last day for Early Bird registration online.
November 15-16 - 53^rd NCSFC, Des Moines, IA
