1. Fertilizer Recommendations in the Eastern Corn Belt

The purpose of this paper is to discuss fertilizer recommendations for corn and soybeans made by three universities and by three private institutions in the Eastern Corn Belt. For lack of a better term, the six sources of recommendations will be referred as "labs", a commonly-used abbreviation for soil testing laboratories.
