Illinois Nitrogen Soil Test for Sugar Beets and Corn in MichiganIn Michigan the presidedress nitrate test (PSNT) (Magdoff et al.. 1984) is used to adjust nitrogen (N) recommendations for corn and sometimes sugar beet.
